As a translation of my dissertation, which looks into Visual Communication as a catalyst for mass-consumerism, this book can be unclipped and read as a billboard with the supporting text to futher explain.
The steel cover references billboard frames, creating an overwhelming but tactile reading exprience, similar to that of landfill waste.
The essay highlights the power that graphic design holds in enacting social change, and conveying positive messages to wider populations.
